FRSC official seen dragging steering wheel of moving car with woman in Abuja (video)

An officer of the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) was filmed struggling for the steering wheel of a moving car with a woman. In the video shared online, the officer is seen sitting in the driver’s seat.
