Florida mum charged with child @buse for allegedly helping her daughter f!ght another teen

A Florida mother has been arrested and charged with child @buse after allegedly intervening in a fight between her daughter and another teenager at a bus stop, an incident that was captured on video and has since gone viral. Kathryn Stephanopoulos, 34, is accused of assisting her daughter during the altercation, which took place as onlookers watched and filmed. In the video, Stephanopoulos can be seen stepping into the fray as her teenage daughter fights another girl. Instead of breaking up the fight, Stephanopoulos allegedly put her daughters opponent in a headlock, enabling her daughter to land more punches.  The chaotic scene escalated when a bystander intervened, pulling Stephanopoulos off the high school student, but the violence continued. At one point in the video, the mother is seen being hit with a Stanley cup amid the commotion. According to reports, tensions between the two teens had been simmering since a falling out over the summer, eventually boiling over when school resumed last week. Stephanopoulos daughter reportedly informed her mother of a planned confrontation with her former friend at the bus stop, leading to the altercation.  Stephanopoulos was arrested and charged with aggravated child abuse. She was later released on a $1,000 bond and, according to police, has expressed regret for her involvement in the fight.  Her daughter, who has not been named, is reportedly facing potential misdemeanor charges.
